Brandi Smith will provide an overview of the clinician’s role in a Practice Note 7 Intervention, the role of child’s counsel and how it differs to representing parents, and best practices for counsel representing children in engaging and working with the Parenting Expert, including but not limited to what, if any, information should be shared with the Parenting Expert, and the associated risk of bias, contamination by association, and waiver of privilege.
