Life Insurance Policies in Family Law
Tatenda Mawoyo and Pat Johnston of GBL Inc. will be discussing whether on whether or not life insurance policies should be valued outside of a cash surrender value for family property, and what factors are considered. Karin Webster will be providing practical tips for drafting Separation Agreements, which include life insurance policies to secure support obligations.
